Applications are now open to study Certificate II in Animal Care at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary who are teaming up with the Taronga Training Insititute.
This course is such a wonderful opportunity for any students interested in an Animal Care career pathway and is the foundation for careers in caring for domestic animals, exotic animals or exhibited animals. The course content resources reflect current industry best practice standards and knowledge, developed by the Taronga Zoo Training Institute. It is delivered mixed-mode, via online sessions and face to face sessions at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary for the hands-on animal care training components.
The quality reputation of both respected partners within the Australian animal care industry ensures students will graduate with a high-level skill set and genuine industry recognition that will be a valuable career pathway asset.
This course will run from March to October 2025 with 16 onsite days at Currumbin combined with online sessions.
