On Saturday, 25 May, eight students, 5E – Wai Qi Cheong, 5G – Yerimy Park, 6F – Judy Al Ogaily, Justice-Marie Dekker and Tiantian Shen, 6H – Xin Yu Tan, 6I – Alexis Graham and Anica (Jingxin) Guo from Varsity Primary Campus competed in CLTAQ Queensland Chinese Speaking Competition at Queensland University of Technology. Over 400 Years 5 to 12 students from all over Queensland participated in this year’s competition. Congratulations Anica (Jingxin) Guo who received Years 5 & 6 Background speaker Merit Prize and well done to all the other students.
All participants received their certificates on Friday, 31 May in the school hall. Thank you to our Chinese Language teacher Karen Chuang for coordinating, training and accompanying these students at this prestigious event.
