This week our Secondary campus Instrumental Music students had the great pleasure of having Mr Clint Allen visit as a special guest clinician, for a full day of workshops with our Brass, Woodwind and Percussion ensembles.
Mr Allen is the director of the University of Queensland Big Band, plays trumpet in ARIA award winning group The Resin Dogs and is a Churchill Fellow recipient.
Sharing his great knowledge, wisdom and musical enthusiasm, he assisted in preparing our students for our upcoming performances at both the Beenleigh and Gold Coast Eisteddfod’s.
