Thank you for your support of Jeans for Genes Day. By wearing denim and donating, our Primary Campus raised $1600 to help fund life-changing research at the Children’s Medical Research Institute.
Jeans for Genes is close to the heart of our Varsity College community, as we have a number of students in our classrooms that are impacted significantly by genetic conditions such as cystic fibrosis, cancer, genetic blindness and spinal muscular atrophy.
Students took part in skipping challenges and educational activities explaining the facts and importance of finding cures for children’s genetic diseases.
