This week, in year 7 science, students have been learning about renewable and non-renewable resources. One of the activities that they have enjoyed doing outside in the sunshine was pasta mining.
In this activity the students formed companies that were interested in mining various non-renewable resources. The members of these groups are racing to gather non-renewable resources for their companies, and observing how these resources depleted over time.
