Erwin Structural Engineering Firm located in Nerang on the Gold Coast and are looking to expand their team.
They are looking for Engineers and Draftsman (no previous experience required) school leavers preferably.
The Junior Drafting role entails:
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and drafters to produce accurate and detailed engineering drawings, plans, and designs.
- Assist in the creation of structural documentation for a variety of projects, ranging from residential to commercial buildings.
- Utilize industry-standard software and tools to produce high-quality 2D and 3D models and renderings.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas to solve engineering challenges.
- Review and revise drafts based on feedback from team members and clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferred but not necessary proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of structural engineering principles and concepts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
