QBuild is the Queensland Government’s builder and provides building, construction, and maintenance services on government-owned facilities including schools, social housing, police stations and other public buildings.
In a disaster event, QBUILD staff are among the first on the ground completing repairs and building works to help communities to get back on their feet.
To strengthen their workforce, they are expanding their current apprentice program across Queensland.
QBuild have over 30 positions on offer for commencement in early 2025 which include the following apprentice role:
- apprentice carpenter
- apprentice painter
- apprentice plumber
- apprentice refrigeration mechanic
- apprentice electrician
There’s plenty of variety for a QBuild apprentice with no two days the same, plus all of their apprentices have access to great leave entitlements as well as a 9-day fortnight as standard.
QBuild also offer a flexible, safe, inclusive and diverse work environment with a chance to earn while you learn.
