The Queensland Police Service (QPS) offers positions for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in its First Nations Recruit Preparation Pathway (FNRPP).

For successful participants, the FNRPP provides direct entry into the recruit training program. Participants for the FNRPP are selected by QPS Recruiting during the recruiting process in consultation with the applicant. Potential applicants also may be referred to the program via our First Nations Recruitment Team.
