Earlier this month a group of senior students visited Southern Cross University for an Allied Health experience day, exposing them to the professions of Nursing, Midwifery, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology.
Students took part in a scenario-based learning experience in the hi fidelity simulation labs, including, responding to a ‘Code Blue’, wound dressing, assisting in birth and infant resuscitation.
