Next week we will once again be proudly hosting our ‘Run + Walk 4 A Cause’ event as a part of our annual cross country, raising money for Youngcare! In the lead up, join Sport Coordinator Jamie Irwin as he takes us through this year’s course, ahead of next week’s highly anticipated event.

Last week, our Secondary Campus students celebrated Harmony Week, engaging in a variety of activities each day with everything from Pi Day, world trivia and a staff vs students volleyball, to having the pleasure of viewing a Polynesian Dance, performed by our very own Secondary Students!

We look forward to continuing the celebrations this week on our Primary Campus!

Recently our Varsity Vikings Basketball athletes took to Round 1 of the Schools Premiere League (SPL), playing with passion and pride in their first tournament games of the year!

We saw some incredible performances and excellent results for all of our teams, collectively winning 9 out of 12 games!

Recently, our Primary Campus held their first instalment of Music on the Green for 2026!

Music on the Green a platform for students to demonstrate their musical talents, such as singing or playing an instrument, to a large and supportive audience, outside under the shade of our playground trees. It also provides a wonderful space for students of all ages to come together as a community to support and encourage their friends and peers!

We loved hearing our students' incredible vocals from this instalment and can’t wait for more musical talent as the term progresses!

This week NAPLAN commenced for 2026, seeing students across our College partake in a range of exams, spanning over two weeks.

Recently, our passionate Primary Campus Generation Green students rolled up their sleeves to take part in Clean Up Australia Day with a campus wide clean-up! Together, students worked to remove litter and help make our school grounds look cleaner and more welcoming for everyone.

The initiative is a great way to teach students the importance of caring for their environment and taking responsibility for their waste. Activities like this help build lifelong habits around rubbish reduction and responsible disposal. Thank you to all the students and teachers in making Varsity College an amazing place to work, learn and play in!
