Last Tuesday and Wednesday, students in our United Nations Club took part in the annual Bond University Model United Nations conference (BUHMUN).
This two-day conference was an opportunity for students to step into the world of diplomacy, engage in thoughtful debates, and collaborate on innovative solutions to global challenges. The central focus of this years’ conference was the theme – Sustainable Economies, Thriving Ecosystems: Pathways to Achieve Decent Work and Preserve Life on Land (Sustainable Goals 8 and 15).
This conference was an eye-opening experience that highlighted the importance of global cooperation in addressing on of the world’s most pressing challenges.
