Last week, our College celebrated Queensland Mental Health Week (QMHW), an annual event dedicated to raising awareness about mental health and wellbeing. The theme for this year, “Connect for Mental Health,” encouraging us to embrace connection in all aspects of our lives—whether it’s connecting with ourselves, others, our community, or nature.
Throughout the week, we engaged in a variety of fun and meaningful activities across both campuses, designed to support mental health and encourage connection. These activities were not only a chance to relax and enjoy time with friends, but also an opportunity to reflect on how we can continue to nurture positive mental health in our daily lives. Thank you, Robina Lions and Headspace Tweed Heads, for supporting this event!
