On September 2nd our primary school celebrated Indigenous Literacy Day. Classes could be found reading books around our Yarning Circle while others joined in to the Youtube Live Premier event. The premier was an engaging, fast paced, virtual event celebrating Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples’ first languages.
