Last week saw our first four performances at the Department of Education’s state-wide Instrumental Music competition, Fanfare, for 2026.
Congratulations to Wind Symphony, Big Band, Concert Band, Sculthorpe Strings and Stage Band for your performances and amazing results. A very special mention to Concert Band (conducted by Kerri Buchanan) and Sculthorpe Strings (conducted by Nathan Leydon) for each achieving a ‘Platinum Award’ – the highest award possible in their divisions!
This week, we are wishing all the very best to our Chamber Strings, Acacia Strings, Wind Ensemble, Senior Band and Percussion Ensemble, with their performances on Wednesday and Thursday.
