Last week, our College recognized Queensland Mental Health Week in a variety of forms. Staff and students were encouraged to build their awareness, belonging and connection through various activities ranging from a wellbeing workshop ran by Headspace, a wholesome breakfast by the Robina Lions Club, lunchtime activities and much more.
A reminder that we all have mental health and our mental wellbeing is the unique way that we handle our emotions, respond to stress and generally look at life. Good mental health and wellbeing is the foundation for thriving individuals, families and communities.
