TAFE Trade Taster Applications open Thursday 26th March at 9am. If your Senior student is interested, don’t waste any time as spots fill up fast for these courses.
Applications close on 6 June 2025. To apply follow the steps below.

Step 2: Ensure your student has the following details:
- LUI number
- USI number
- Personal email address
- Mobile number (if available)
Click the below link to the USI website to create your USI number.
TAFE will send all information to both parents and students, so please ensure the contact information is correct.
Important Notes
- Students who applied for a Semester 1, 2025 program but were not successful in obtaining a place will need to submit a new application.
Once TAFE receive the application and Varsity College has given approval, TAFE will send out offers to parents and students. Students must accept their offer within 5 business days.
