My name is Emily; I’m an aspiring artist yearning to express my creativity and passion through my artworks. My t-shirt design features three bordered windows of harmonious blue hues. The mere sight of these soft tones creates a sensation of tranquillity and peace. The illustration I created was meticulously drawn to weave an enchanting perception of beauty into one art piece. Using a stylised illustration of a girl’s hair intertwining with the wind I crafted an ethereal focal point to the centre of my art piece. With the two additional subjects in my piece complimenting the main section, the contrast expresses a gentle harmony of each focus.
The message I tried to convey into my artwork was tranquillity and a sense of magic to satisfy the eyes – to communicate the feeling of being wrapped in the warm embrace of a hug.
I hope to use my creativity for good, therefore when you purchase my t-shirt, all profits are given to our charity Youngcare.
