This term, selected Year 12 students, led by Mrs Sochanik, Mr Sochanik, Mr King and Mrs Creasey, are involved in a Student Voice Forum. As part of this forum, they participated in Learning Walks and Talks, observing up to three classes to identify effective learning strategies and student engagement.
The feedback session held this week allowed our Year 12 students to share their perspectives, providing valuable insights into teaching practices from a student point of view, which will help Varsity College enhance and sustain high-quality teaching and learning approaches.
The next phase of the Student Voice Forum will focus on Learning Conversations, where students will reflect on their own learning and explore how metacognitive skills can enhance their educational experience.
