The Push Up Challenge Begins for 2026

This week our Secondary Campus officially commenced the Push-Up Challenge for 2026, already collectively hitting over 29,000 Push-ups! After a rainy start to the week, students and staff were able to come together today for our first official group session. These sessions will continue each Friday until the end of term as we work towards our challenge goal together!

Today’s Challenge: 167 Push-Ups! This was a powerful reminder of why we are taking part in the Push-Up Challenge. Every push-up, sit-up, plank, wall sit or assisted push-up helps us raise awareness for mental health, encourage important conversations and showing support for those in our community who may be struggling.

This challenge is about much more than push-ups. The target of 3,307 push-uprepresents the 3,307 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2025. Through our collective efforts, we are aiming to highlight the importance of mental health, encourage conversations, and remind our community that support and connection matter.
