A massive thank you to all classes on our primary campus that provided art to decorate the Olympic Village!
The Olympic Village art is an integral part of the Olympic Village as all of the artwork is is posted on every piece of available wall space throughout the Australian team buildings and athlete rooms. Varsity College has provided an impressive 470 pieces of art to display to show athletes we are 100% behind them in their quest for success.
Deputy Chef de Mission for the Australian Olympic Team, and husband of year 3 teacher Mrs Wallace, Ken Wallace, has safely packed 8kgs of our student works into his Tokyo bound suitcase and has sent home the brilliant pics below and video above of VC art taking pride of place in the Australian Village.
We wish all competitors the best for their events and will be closely following our own VC alumni as they take on the world on this huge stage.
