Recently, our student leaders had the incredible opportunity to work alongside Lachie Smart during an inspiring leadership experience across both our Primary School Captains and Senior School Student Leadership Team.
Throughout the day, Lachie led powerful professional learning sessions with our student leaders, challenging them to think deeply about courage, preparation and decision-making under pressure. In the evening, he joined us as the Keynote Speaker for our inaugural Leadership Dinner — a fantastic success and a special milestone for our College community.
Sharing honest reflections on the leadership decisions and adversity he faced while flying solo around the world in his small aircraft, Lachie reminded us that leadership is not about avoiding turbulence, but about how you respond to it.
An inspiring day and a memorable evening that will stay with our student leaders for years to come.
