On Monday of Week 2 this term we had the pleasure of Mr David Law visiting Varsity College Secondary Campus to share his knowledge and passion for Instrumental Music in a number of workshops held throughout the day.
Our three bands on the Secondary Campus all had the pleasure of working with Mr Law – Year 7 Concert Band, Wind Ensemble and Wind Symphony.
David is an in demand band clinician nationally and his expertise was of immediate impact with many of the students remarking on how confident and well developed their music making was by the end of the sessions.
David also remarked on how impressed he was with our student musicians and our Instrumental Music Programme.
Students and teachers of Varsity College are grateful to Mr Law for spending the day with our ensembles.
