“Teddy Bear Hospital” Health Education Program | Bond University

Earlier this week, our Primary Campus was visited by Bond University’s ‘Making a Difference’ medical students, to deliver the “Teddy Bear Hospital” health education program.

Prep classes rotated through five role playing stations, all designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to feel more confident in responding to health care situations in a fun and interactive way.

Stations included hand washing, healthy eating and oral hygiene, emergency vs non-emergency, first aid kit, and visiting the doctor. In making the stations interactive, students brought in their own soft toy to participate in the activities.
