At Varsity College, we don’t stand by, we stand together. This is our inclusive and respectful message of safety that is vital to our positive school culture. Today is the National Day of Action against Bullying and Violence.
The theme for 2022 is Kindness Culture. By building Kindness Culture together, we can promote inclusion, respect and community belonging for all students in our College, as well as all schools across Australia.
This morning, 60 students from our Primary Campus made the journey to meet with our Secondary Campus team, to participate in a range of actives with a focus on saying “no way” to bullying. Victor the Viking made also made his fist officially met primary students for the first time, before also engaging in our activities.
Students across both campuses wore splashes of orange in support of the day and participated in activities designed to reiterate the importance of respect, kindness and togetherness.
